Brian Gregan

Brian is an International 400m sprinter who has won a silver medal at the European Championships and represented Ireland at 4 senior World Championships and 7 European Championships. Brian has won 8 national titles and was part of the 4x400m relay team who broke the Irish record on three occasions. Brian was voted Irish track and field athlete of the year in 2017

Brian has a BA in Sports Science and a Level 2 Athletics coaching qualification. Brian works for the Institute of Education secondary school as Director of Sport.

Killian Byrne

Killian Byrne is a 47 year old father, husband and small business owner. Having lost over 30kg in recent years he has gone from inactive middle aged man to regular cyclist, marathon runner and Ironman 70.3 triathlete. Despite a busy day to day home and business life Killian has managed to build regular exercise into his routine and is passionate about encouraging others to do the same. With two children of his own, he is very familiar with the problems inactivity brings and is a keen believer that active families are happy and healthy families.

Niamh McCarthy

Niamh McCarthy is a Discus thrower from Co. Cork. Niamh first emerged onto the Paralympic Athletic scene in 2013 after being discovered at a talent search event. Despite learning the sport from scratch, Niamh won a bronze medal at her first World Championships in Qatar in 2015 and has been going from strength to strength ever since. Niamh has won a medal at every major Championships including a Silver medal in the Rio 2016 Paralympics. Niamh is currently in training for the 2020 Paralympics in Tokyo.
